Things Your Cat Wants To Know Right Meow

January 15, 2023

There’s a pretty fun holiday coming up. Answer Your Cat’s Questions Day is January 22nd. Kitties are very curious, if not downright nosy. Fluffy is always sticking her adorable little nose into things! If your feline buddy could ask about the things she’s really curious about, what do you think she would want to know? An Apple Valley, MN vet offers a few petucated guesses below.

Why Am I Trapped Inside?

Cats are always better off indoors, where they’re safe from cars, wildlife, weather, and other threats. However, Fluffy doesn’t understand why she’s grounded. She just wants to get outside and enjoy fun kitty activities … like making paw ‘art’ on car hoods.

Why Are You Laughing At Me?

One of the best things about having a kitty? You’re basically living with a small, furry comedian. Our feline friends’ silly antics are highly entertaining!

Why Did You Move Me?

Do you have a lap cat? Snuggling up with a purring furball can be very relaxing. However, we can’t be kitty furniture all the time. Sooner or later, you may have to gently evict Fluffy from your lap.

What’s In There?

Fluffy is always interested in investigating the nooks and crannies of her domain. Any time you go into a room that’s usually closed or open a cabinet or closet you don’t get into very often, there’s a pretty good chance that your furry little friend is going to immediately want to check it out. This can actually be dangerous, as cats have gotten accidentally locked in sheds and garages. Keep an eye on your nosy pet!

Why Won’t You Play With Me?

Fluffy is a predator by nature, and she is very much driven to want to, well, attack things. Playing with your feline pal not only lets her indulge her inner lioness, it’s also a great way for her to stay in shape, work off any angst, and just have fun with you. Make a habit of playing with your cute pet every night.

Why Did You Pet Another Kitty?

Fluffy’s cute little nose is quite astute. If you pet someone else’s cat, your furry buddy will be quite curious about it. (And probably a bit jealous.)
